If you need help with anything on Launchpad, here's how to get in touch and what happens after you do.


How to Contact Us

The best way to reach our support team is by submitting a support ticket. You can do this from our help center by clicking "Submit Ticket" in the top menu, or by going to the Contact Us page (or by emailing us at contact@launchpadjv.com )


When you submit a ticket, include:

  • Your account email so we can find your account quickly.
  • A clear description of the problem. What happened? What were you trying to do?
  • Any error messages you saw on screen. A screenshot is very helpful if you can take one.
  • Your order number if the issue is about a specific purchase.

The more detail you give us upfront, the faster we can help you.

What Happens After You Submit a Ticket

  1. You'll get an email confirming we received your ticket.
  2. A member of our team will review it and respond.
  3. If we need more information from you, we'll ask in a follow-up email.
  4. Once the issue is resolved, we'll let you know.


How Long Does It Take?

We aim to respond to all tickets as quickly as possible. Most tickets get a first response within one business day. Some issues (like refund processing or payment investigations) may take a bit longer to fully resolve, but we'll keep you updated along the way.

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Check our knowledge base first. Your answer might already be here.
  • Include your account email and order number in your ticket.
  • Describe the issue step by step. "It doesn't work" is hard to troubleshoot. "I clicked Download and got a blank page" is much easier for us to investigate.
  • Check your spam folder for our replies. Sometimes email filters catch support emails.
