The Basics

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• Refunds are handled by Launchpad directly. You only need to contact us.
• Once approved, the refund goes back to the same payment method you used to buy the product.

How to Request a Refund

1. Submit a support ticket directly here, or email us at contact@launchpadjv.com and put "Refund Request" as the topic/subject line.
2. Include the product name and your order details.
3. Our team will review your request and get back to you.

2. Click 'Request Refund' , as shown below. 
   

How Long Does It Take?

After we approve your refund, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear back on your statement. This depends on your bank or card provider, not on us.

A Few Things to Know

• Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase. After that window closes, we can't process a refund.
• If you purchased a product and received access to download or use it, you may still be eligible for a refund within the 30-day window.
• We process refunds on a case-by-case basis to make sure the policy is fair for everyone.
