How to Log In and Reset Your Password

Here's how to access your Launchpad account and what to do if you've forgotten your password.

How to Log In

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Click Login in the top menu on the Launchpad website, or go directly to the login page. 



Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Type in the email address and password you used when you created your account. Then click Login. 




Step 3: You're In

After logging in, you'll be taken to your dashboard. From here you can browse products, manage your account, or access your tools.

How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. It takes less than a minute to reset it.

Step 1: Click "Forgot Password"

On the login page, click the Forgot Password link below the password field. 



Step 2: Enter Your Email

Type in the email address you used to create your Launchpad account, then click Send Password Reset Link. 


Step 3: Check Your Email

You'll receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link in the email to continue.

Don't see the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Give it a few minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, try submitting the request again.

Step 4: Create a New Password

You'll be taken to a page where you can enter a new password. Choose something strong (at least 12 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols). Type it in twice to confirm, then click Save or Reset Password.

Step 5: Log In With Your New Password

Go back to the login page and sign in with your email and your new password. You're all set.




Troubleshooting

"Invalid email or password" error: Double-check that you're using the correct email. If you have more than one email address, try the others. If none work, use the Forgot Password option.

Password reset email never arrives: Check spam/junk folders. Make sure you're entering the exact email you signed up with. If you're still stuck, submit a support ticket and we'll help you regain access.

Account locked after too many attempts: For security, accounts may be temporarily locked after several failed login attempts. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again, or reset your password.
