Launchpad account takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through every step, including the identity verification process for partner accounts.
Before You Start
You'll need:
Step 1: Go to the Registration Page
Visit the Launchpad website and click the Sign Up Free button in the top menu.
You'll see options for the type of account you want to create:
Select the one that fits you and click to continue.
Step 3: Fill in Your Details
Enter your information:
Fill in all the requested details, then click Sign Up.
Step 4: Complete ID Verification (Partner Accounts Only)
If you registered as a partner, you'll be directed to complete identity verification through Veriff. Here's what to expect:

Step 5: You're In!
Once your email is verified (and your ID is approved, if applicable), you're ready to use Launchpad. You'll be taken to your dashboard where you can start browsing products or setting up your profile.

Troubleshooting
"Email already in use" error: You may have created an account before. Try the "Forgot Password" option on the login page using that email address.
ID verification rejected: Make sure your ID is current, the photo is clear, and no edges are cut off. Try again in good lighting. If it keeps failing, submit a support ticket and we'll help.
Didn't receive the verification email: Check your spam folder. If it's not there, try registering again with the same email, or contact support.
