How to Sign Up With Launchpad

Launchpad account takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through every step, including the identity verification process for partner accounts.

Before You Start

You'll need:

  • A valid email address
  • A password you haven't used on other websites
  • For partner accounts: A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)

Step 1: Go to the Registration Page

Visit the Launchpad website and click the Sign Up Free button in the top menu.

 


Step 2: Choose Your Account Type

You'll see options for the type of account you want to create:

  • Customer: For people who want to browse and buy products.
  • Partner: For people who want to promote products on the platform and earn commissions.

Select the one that fits you and click to continue.



 Step 3: Fill in Your Details

Enter your information:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Password (choose something strong, at least 12 characters)
  • Confirm your password

Fill in all the requested details, then click Sign Up. 



Step 4: Complete ID Verification (Partner Accounts Only)

If you registered as a partner, you'll be directed to complete identity verification through Veriff. Here's what to expect:

  1. You'll be asked to take a photo of your government-issued ID.
  2. Then you'll take a quick selfie.
  3. Veriff checks that the ID is valid and that the selfie matches the photo on the ID.
  4. This usually takes just a few minutes.

Tips for a smooth verification:

  • Use good lighting
  • Make sure your entire ID is visible in the frame
  • Remove glasses or hats for the selfie
  • Make sure the ID is not expired 


Step 5: You're In!

Once your email is verified (and your ID is approved, if applicable), you're ready to use Launchpad. You'll be taken to your dashboard where you can start browsing products or setting up your profile.

Troubleshooting

"Email already in use" error: You may have created an account before. Try the "Forgot Password" option on the login page using that email address.

ID verification rejected: Make sure your ID is current, the photo is clear, and no edges are cut off. Try again in good lighting. If it keeps failing, submit a support ticket and we'll help.

Didn't receive the verification email: Check your spam folder. If it's not there, try registering again with the same email, or contact support.
